Our engineers are working diligently with our downstream payments partner to isolate the root cause of the payment processing issue we're facing. We will continue to provide updates, but at this stage we have no further news on the cause. We apologise again for this interruption.

We are continuing to investigate the issue, but at this stage it appears that most transactions are declining due to an issue at one of our downstream providers. We'll continue to provide updates as soon as we learn more.
