We’ve confirmed with our Payments Engineering team that transfers are beginning to display correctly in the Dashboard for Sellers who added a bank account yesterday (1/21).
Thank you for your patience as we determined the cause of these ACH transfers not showing up on time as intended. We will continue to monitor until this is fully resolved.

Our Payments Engineering team has identified the issue with yesterday’s delayed transfers. We can confirm this issue is only affecting Sellers who attempted to add a bank account yesterday (21/1). Existing accounts before Thursday, 21 January will not be experiencing such issues.
Once a fix has fully begun to be implemented, we will update accordingly.

Our teams are still investigating reported issues regarding some transfers from Thursday, 21 January, relating to bank account verification errors.

We're investigating reports of delayed transfers from Thursday, 22 January 21. As of now, Sellers may see an incorrect error message that no bank account is linked and verified within their Online Dashboard.
We'll post more updates as we receive them while our Payments engineering team works to implement a solution.
