We have released a fix for the earlier disruption impacting some Square Appointments. Please update the Square Appointments app via the App Store to version 5.99.2. This app update will include the fix for the prior issues.

We’ve identified the issues impacting the Square Appointments application. Changes made in the Appointments app are not syncing to Square Dashboard and other Points of Sale.
Our Engineers have found that this issue occurs on iOS 16 devices. They are currently looking into a fix to resolve this. The suggested workaround is to make edits on an iOS 15 or lower device or on the Square Dashboard.
