We're pleased to report that a fix has been implemented by our third party payments processor, and EFTPOS transactions are now returning to normal. We are still waiting on word from our third party payment provider regarding the status of EFTPOS transactions via Savings and Cheque. Please note that these transactions will continue to decline - we'd recommend asking your customers if they can process via Credit, or via another method of payment.

We've confirmed that EFTPOS is experiencing an outage, that is preventing Savings or Cheque transactions from being processed. We'd recommend you ask your customers to select Credit, or process the transaction using a different card. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are continuing to investigate an increase in declines when selecting Savings or Cheque. Our third party payment partner is working to identify the root cause. In the meantime, please let you customers know they can still pay via Credit on their Visa, Mastercard or American Express branded cards.

We are currently investigating an increase in declines when selecting Savings or Cheque. We'd recommend asking your customers to select Credit when prompted for account selection, or provide a different card in order to process their payment. We'll be back with further updates soon.
