Update
We're still waiting on a fix for the ongoing issues with card activation during our sign up flow. Our third party partner is continuing to work on resolving the issue at hand - we hope to have some better news soon. Thanks for your continued patience.

Update
Our third party partner has identified the issue affecting card processing activation and are working towards a fix. At this stage, it won't be possible to activate accounts for card processing for the next two hours. We'll provide another update soon - thanks for your patience, and apologies for the inconvenience.

Our Engineering Team has identified that our third party identity verification vendor is experiencing an outage, resulting in elevated declines for activating card processing. We'll be back with more updates soon.

We're looking into reports that some sellers may be unable to activate their accounts for card processing. Our Engineering Team is working on this issue and we will be back with an update as soon as we have more clarity.
