Our third party partner has identified the issue affecting card processing activation and are working towards a fix. At this stage, it won't be possible to activate accounts for card processing for the next two hours. We'll provide another update soon - thanks for your patience, and apologies for the inconvenience.

Our Engineering Team has identified that our third party identity verification vendor is experiencing an outage, resulting in elevated declines for activating card processing. We'll be back with more updates soon.
