This incident has been resolved, thank you for your patience. The reporting tool is functioning as expected and providing accurate sales data. If you encounter any issue, please make sure the device filter is set to "All devices".

Our engineering team confirmed the Sales Reporting data is correct. Some Android devices show "This device only" filter by default. Please check the Device filter and select "All devices" if you notice any irregularities.

Investigating
We are getting multiple reports of Square Register, Square Terminal, & Android devices showing incorrect sales reporting data within the application. The Point of Sale app is defaulting to "this device only" instead of all devices which is making it appear like there are irregularities in sales reporting.

This issue can be resolved by changing the reporting filters from "this device only" to "all devices".
