We are currently experiencing a disruption that is impacting some Square services, including some sales appearing on KDS. Additionally, some Sellers may experience delays with Transactions appearing in Transaction history. We understand how important it is for your business for all of our services to be up and running, and our Engineering team is actively working on a fix. We'll provide further updates as they come to hand.
We have released a fix for the disruption causing some iOS devices in version 18.4 to crash, and we are monitoring the progress. As mentioned previously, we recommend Sellers manually update their Square apps to 6.66.1 before updating their device to iOS 18.4. We will continue providing updates here as they become available.
