We are currently experiencing a disruption which is impacting new Square sellers or those who have recently modified their bank account information, causing verification to take longer than anticipated. Sellers will see the verification status stuck in pending beyond the usual timeframe of four to five business days, depending on the location. As a result sellers may not be able to take payments or receive transfers, depending on the status of their account.
