We have had confirmation that deposits have been sent to bank accounts for payments collected on 3rd September. Please note this deposit was sent slightly later than usual to your bank, so you may find that these funds will arrive in your account a little later than usual. Our engineers have confirmed that our third party banking partner has experienced an outage, resulting in deposit information not being sent. At this stage, we are waiting for our partner to bring their services back online so that we can process your deposits.
