We've been in touch with our third party finance partners, who have informed us that a network issue is causing some payments to decline. At this stage, payments for all card brands are now able to be processed successfully. We'll continue to provide updates as we learn more.

We're starting to see some payments flow again for Visa, MasterCard and eftpos branded cards. We're monitoring the situation, but we would encourage you to attempt any declined cards again. Again, we sincerely apologise for the experience and will continue to provide updates.

We currently investigating an increase in declines on Visa, MasterCard and eftpos branded cards. American Express remains unaffected. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we'll be back with update shortly.
