Investigating
We are aware of an issue with Telstra data services that is preventing the Square Point of Sale app connecting to the internet, which means Square sellers who connect to Telstra via 3G/4G will not be able to process payments. Please visit Telstra's website - https://outages.telstra.com - for the latest update. In the meantime, we'd recommend connecting to another network provider in order to process payments.
