Transfer schedules and Customer Support hours have returned to regular scheduling. Thanks for your patience with us during the Christmas and New Year public holidays.

Bank holidays on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day will delay standard next day and manual transfers. Any transfers scheduled on the 25th and 26th will be deposited into your account on 27 December. Transfers scheduled on New Year’s Day will arrive on 2 January. We apologise for the inconvenience.
If you need faster access to your money, Instant Transfers will still be available for a 1.5 percent fee per transfer. Standard transfers are sent through traditional bank rails, while Instant Transfers use the New Payments Platform.
Customer Support teams will be unavailable on 24, 25, 26 and 31 December, and 1 January. Eligible sellers will still have access to 24/7 support.
